Cleantech Roadmap

Customized for you, our Cleantech Roadmap helps you be intentional with each upgrade you make, so that you continue to go in the right direction - reducing carbon emissions.

What is a Cleantech Roadmap?

The Cleantech Roadmap is a customized report that provides valuable advice, costs and contractor recommendations to help you make intentional improvements to your home. We specialize in making plans that can get your home off of gas and make it more comfortable and affordable to live in year-round.

We meet you where you are and account for your budget and your goals to provide you with a report that is specific to your home.

Should I get a Cleantech Roadmap?

Homeowners who have benefited from a Cleantech Roadmap are usually:

  • New homeowners who would like a step-by-step list of items they can work away at over time. We prioritize intentional improvements that will improve comfort and reduce your home’s reliance on fossil fuels.

  • Interested in getting their home Off Gas and/or Net Zero and want advice on what to do, how potential improvements will work together and how to sequence them.

  • Planning a Renovation and want advice they can pass onto their contractors to make it as green as possible. We also work in partnership with green architects and contractors.

What’s included in a Cleantech Roadmap?

The Cleantech Roadmap itself is a customized report that includes an assessment of your home “as is”, a prioritized list of improvements with reminders on why each improvement is recommended, a description of how best to accomplish each improvement, cost estimates and recommended contractors.

If relevant, the Cleantech Roadmap service can be paired with a Goldfinch Energy Audit which is the first step to qualifying for rebates (if there is an active rebate program) and includes NRCan’s standard energy audit reports.

“Our cleantech roadmap saved us years of time trying to figure out how to get our home to net zero. We’d been trying to do our own research and figure out the best approach given current costs but it was overwhelming and hard to bring together all the information.”
